Despite its compact proportions, the city's geographical location means that it rivals the Sierra Nevada and Baqueira Beret, Spain's major snow greats. With just under 110 kilometres of slopes, spread over three distinct areas, Formigal is the number one in the Pyrenees of eastern Aragon.
